Our company has a mission to give good shelter (Home) to every middle class family of the country in a well developed integrated township since our founder is a Technocrat in the line of Civil Engineering & having a rich experience of 20 Yrs. & also who is from middle income group family & knowing basic need of such family.
Our Group of Companies have completed 12 Residential Projects at difference location in Bhavnagar District & has provided more than 2000 dwelling units to different class of customers.
In the era of globalization & multi-national corporate environment that every company is having two choices for survival; either to grow up to such a level, so you can compete or be a subordinate to them (surrender to them); where you don't have your own identity.
We have chosen the 1st Option i.e. to grow; and for that we have decided to expand the area, where Indian Government has also chosen for Proposed Industrial Development of India. The belt is known as “Mumbai-Delhi Industrial Corridor”; almost 1400 Km. in the length. Government has decided to develop 10 Km. of area on both side of National Highway No. 8 from Mumbai to Delhi; means total 28000 Sq. Km. area will be developed for special Industrial Corridor. The “Mumbai-Delhi Industrial Corridor” will be provided by the facility of Gas grid, 8 track express highway, industrial waste disposal drainage system & High Speed Bullet Train. The “Mumbai-Delhi Industrial Corridor” will be a highly developed area of the country & will require huge estate development. We have started estate development work on the same corridor to take the advantage of the development of the area.
Board of Directors has decided that company will give “Partnership By Way of Equity Participation” to our Staff-Customers-Suppliers-Contractors-Well Wishers, who have supported the company in achieving the growth / present state of affairs.
