Sheth Construction Group has been established in Year 1992, as a Land Development & Building Construction Company. The Group is growing @25% PA since inception. We has surveyed current market of that time and found that there was a big vacuum in construction activity for Middle Income Group.

We have observed that 80% of the society is lying in Middle Income Group or Lower Income Group. Unfortunately only 15% of the total Estate Developers & Builders are serving to these groups.

Our group has decided to serve Middle Income Group & launched several Land Development and Building Schemes & succeeded. We have sold Developed Land by Giving Monthly Installment to the customer, & proved that by giving monthly installment, we can attract Middle and Lower Middle income Group Segment. At present group is developing Township in three Different Places, Bhavnagar, Vapi & Palitana.

We have expanded our activities in the field of manufacturing. In Year 1999, we have established 2 units of manufacturing of RCC Pole (For Electricity Transmission Purpose) during the span of 12 yrs. We are supplying RCC Poles to Gujarat Electricity Board for their Electricity Transmission Purpose. Our Factories are located at Bhavnagar, Dhandhuka.

To match with current era, we have started a Software Development Division in Year 2003. At present, we are leading Computer Software Development Company for Village Level Software. Our 9 Software products are available in market.

So this way our Sheth Group is established in year 1992, by a group of Technocrats in the field of Land Development Activities and during the span of progress of 19 Years our group has evolved in to the field of Infrastructure Project like Integrated Township Development, Transmission Poles (RCC) manufacturing and Software Development.

In order reach new heights, the company is ready to spread the wings in to the new ventures like Industrial Park Development, Ship Building, Corporate School Development, Wind Power Generation, Handicraft Manufacturing and few more projects in pipe.
